+ Booking Process

+How far in advance do I need to book?

2 weeks in advance is the ideal booking window. If you need a faster turnaround or want to check our availability, please schedule time with our event coordinators.

+How does the event get scheduled?

Once you complete the booking form above, one of our event coordinators will be in touch to go over your event details and coordinate logistics. Once all the details are finalized, your event will be confirmed and you’ll receive an invoice.

+Can we work with you to customize the schedule?

Yes! If you have any special requests, please schedule time with our event coordinators

+Do you offer discounts?

If you have a tight budget, we’ll do our best to accommodate Please schedule time with our event coordinators to discuss

+ Preparing for the Event

+What are your venue setup requirements? Do you need AV equipment?

We will need a space with WIFI access that can accommodate your entire group along with separate tables for each team, and a table for our hosts. The ideal team size is 4-6.

We will also require a monitor or projector and a speaker to which we can connect our laptop. If you don’t have a monitor or projector, we will need a space  where we can set up our own projector such that all the participants can see our presentation. If you don’t have a speaker, not to worry – we will bring our own.

+Do the participants need to bring anything?

Yes, participants should bring their cell phones or laptops. They will need these to access the round questions and submit their answers.

+Do you handle event registrations?

We do not handle event registrations at this time. We found that event registration was best handled by team and event organizers who have full context for the attendees. We’re happy to suggest ways to manage this process if helpful

+How are teams selected? Can we pre-select teams in advance?

You are welcome to preselect teams. The ideal team size is 4-6. 

If you don’t preselect the teams, participants may self-select or we will randomly assign them to teams when they arrive.

+ Additional Activity Details

+How do players respond to questions?

We host all of the round content on our game platform. This includes the questions, a built in timer, and space to submit answers. Our host will provide a QR code and link after introducing each round. Participants can access the questions using their cell phones or laptops. Each team will have a designated “team captain” who will be responsible for submitting their team’s answers.

+How do you judge who won --- are we graded, or is it in a game-show style?

Our platform and hosts will grade your answer submissions in real-time, and announce them after each round. Make no mistake – there IS a right and wrong answer, and there WILL be a winner!

+ Game content

+Who is this for? Is it a fun trivia game, or a more professional one?

Whether you’re looking to host a fun group activity with some light trivia, or focus more on remote team building, we’ll design the right content for you. Our facilitators are also trained to read the room and work with you to match the tone and experience you’re looking for.

+Do you need special knowledge to play? Is it like a bar trivia activity?

Inclusivity and fun-for-all are very important to us. With that in mind, we design each round and question to limit the amount of outside knowledge needed to answer. Our “Classic Mix” game theme is the best example of this. There are very few “you know it or you don’t” type questions, and we actively reward team discussion in arriving at the right answers.

Our other game themes have more general-knowledge-type rounds, but those are also designed so that teams don’t purely rely on outside knowledge to answer the questions.

Upon request, we’re happy to make the game more of a bar trivia style or to include specific themes that your group will like.

+Is this appropriate for a corporate audience? Will anyone be uncomfortable?

It is appropriate for corporate audiences. Our expert event facilitators have hosted many events for many different teams, and the activity itself features no mature content.

+Can we customize the content?

There are 2 customization packages available:

  1. We’ll provide you with a template and you provide the content (which we’ll upload to our system):
    • 1-2 rounds: $250
    • 3-4 rounds: $500
  2. We’ll create content tailored to your specific needs:
    • 1 round: $350
    • 2 rounds: $650
    • 3 rounds: $850
    • 4 rounds: $1,000
